Seriously TRAIN HARDDDDDDD!
we left 4 months to our next NorthZone tounrment !
We wanted to get the NZ top
So we must really WORKHARD for it
& not just say it for FUN
Put all in ACTION okay !
Just a few points to take note :
-Those who is surpose to train upp ur FASTBREAK please TRAIN UPP ! ><
-Those ppl who design for the Jersey , please hand in the design to mrtan
before school holidays
-There is training is Saturday 18.10.2008 , morning 8am to 1130 am
( Im nt sure if is 3 divisions or not )
*Everybadie please do your physical
Its Important ( Don't playplay uhs ^^ , Everyday MUSTMUST DO ! xD )
-30 crunches
-20 girls pushupp ( if nt sure , how to do . Can come find me , I teach you ^^ )
-*When there is time , try to stretch your arms upp straigh to the top
Stretch all the way , imagine that there is a bball fer you to grab on top ^^
-15 Dips ( Arms bend 90degree , knee is NOT surpose to bend ^^ )
*if there is(coach) training for that day , then no need do (;
After all these excercise , for those who is
FIT ; you'll nt feel any ache or anythine anywher ( come tell me ! I add mre sugar & salt & vinegar for you ! & mayb someday you 'll feel th' SHIOKNESS as in MUSCLEACHE (lol) -.-)
WEAK ; you'll ofcoz feel abit tired or VERY tired & mayb 'll have muslceache (?)
don'twry , that means ur muscle are GROWING !
&Please STRETCH after every TRAINING & CONDITIONING
